Thank you for choosing Amafah Electronics Inc. By using our website, booking a service, or visiting our locations in Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, or Forest Hill, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any repair or transaction.
1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, repair status updates, and reminder messages to customers who have booked a service with Amafah Electronics Inc through our website or via our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number that sent you the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text/data plan.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program or be accompanied by a legal guardian.
2. Service Eligibility and Customer Responsibility
To receive service, you must:
Provide accurate, complete information about yourself and your device.
Remove all passcodes or provide unlock credentials so we can properly assess your device.
Back up all personal data before repair. Amafah Electronics Inc is not responsible for any data loss during service.
Confirm the device is legally owned by you. We do not accept stolen or blacklisted devices.
3. Repair Policy and Limitations
All repairs are subject to technician evaluation. We reserve the right to decline repairs on devices with extreme damage or signs of tampering.
Warranty Voidance: Repairs may void the original manufacturer's warranty. Please consult your manufacturer before proceeding.
Abandoned Devices: Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Warranty
Payments: Payment is due in full at the time of device pickup. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital platforms.
Taxes: Tax applies to all purchases and services as per Texas state law.
Limited Warranty: Covers defects in our parts and our workmanship.
Not Covered: Accidental/physical damage after service, water exposure, or third-party tampering.
Requirement: Proof of repair (receipt/ticket) is required for all claims.
5. Intellectual Property and Site Use
This site and all materials available on it are the property of Amafah Electronics Inc and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limited License: You may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
User Submissions: By submitting comments, photos, or videos to us, you grant Amafah Electronics Inc a royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display such material for business purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Amafah Electronics Inc is not liable for:
Loss of data or software during or after service.
Damage caused by previously undetected internal issues (e.g., hidden liquid damage).
Delays due to third-party shipments, parts availability, or power outages.
Disputes regarding device ownership or carrier contractual obligations.
7. Privacy and Legal Compliance
We handle your personal information securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
8. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in this jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Please refer to this page regularly for the latest version.
